Hello and welcome back to Rishi's Kitchen, sorry I've been away for a while, but fear not We are back with a Food Mayhem post. So let's get into it!
Ingredients:
Mars Bar
Roth (A delicious Kashmiri biscuit.)
For this experiment, I am going to be melting the Mars bar on a hob at mid-temperature on a small pan. After mixing it around consistently I took it off the heat after a few minutes and it had reached a nice and gooey texture.
I must warn you, the Mars bar sets super quickly and the nougat bits are really sticky so you better do this next step extremely quickly. Scrape your melted Mars bar onto your Kashmiri roth (Or biscuit of choice) and enjoy!
This was for sure a fun experiment and tasted great but I think I'll stick to eating my Mars a little bit less melted next time.
