Poori is a wonderful classic Indian Bread š that is as satisfying as can be. As the video (below) shows they are small round breads that are filled with air, a little bit like a balloon š. And the cherry on top is they are absolutely delicious š. The sizzling, inflating cooking is great fun. Eat with Channa.
