Due to the growing popularity of our recipes, especially our spicey recipes I have decided to share this recipe with you. This recipe was created via our Recipe development service. One of our clients, Orlando (hence the title) sent us a recipe brief, spicey, meaty, gluten-free. And he wanted it by today. Or in other words, the day after he sent the brief. We delivered. SERVES 4 PREP:20 MINS
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground saffron
1 tsp ground garlic
48 ounces lamb chop
2 tbsp melted butter
150g boiled tender stem broccoli
150g boiled asparagus
STEPS
· In a small bowl, combine the cumin, salt, saffron and garlic.
· Brush the chops on one side with some of the melted butter and sprinkle the buttered side with some of the spiced mixtures.
· Grill the spiced side until charred, for about 4 minutes.
· Brush the chops with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining spiced mixture.
· Flip the chops and grill for 4 to 5 more minutes longer.
· Serve with the veggies and enjoy!
